Coat Rack Class ( two day ) 25/04/26 - 26/04/26

Coat Rack Class $500.    $250 per day per person

For Women, Trans and Non-Binary folk only

Two Day {Sat-Sun 7hrs with 1 hour  lunch }

Students will learn to 

• draw out three hooks

• put a ball on one end

• spread and stamp top end into a die

• blind punch for a hole.

• clean up flashing and hand file around die stamp

• bend into a hook

• shape ends of backing plate and stamp into die

• patina and seal

Come and spend two days learning in a safe and inclusive environment, no previous experience in blacksmithing needed. Leave with a beautiful functional piece to hang proudly in your home. 

You will need to wear durable closed in shoes, natural fibre pants and shirt that can get a little grubby. All other safety gear will be provided.

Bring a water bottle, tea and coffee available.

Ages from 12 to 16 need to be accompanied by a parent. Classes are located in Bayswater, address will be emailed once course is booked and paid for.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Classes are a small group of four in order to offer the best possible experience therefore courses need to be fully booked to be viable. If you need to cancel or reschedule we will do our best to fill your spot in which case you will be refunded. But if we are unable do so, the following will apply:

• Cancellations or reschedules more than 2 months before the course starts: 10% administration fee will be deducted.

• Cancelations or reschedules less than 2 moths before the course starts: 50% of the course fee will be refunded

• Cancellations or reschedules less than 2 weeks before the course starts no refunds will be given.

• If the class is cancelled by the operator, or within 24 hours of booking, a full refund will be given.
